Spa Policies

At Village Day Spa, appointment times are reserved especially for you. To ensure fairness to our clients and service providers, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy.


DEPOSITS

  • A valid credit card and 50% deposit are required to book all appointments. 


CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING 

  • Appointments canceled or rescheduled 12 hours or more prior to the scheduled time will receive a full deposit refund. 


  • Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 12 hours  of the appointment time will result in the 50% deposit being retained. 


NO-SHOWS

  • Clients who miss their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount. 


Late cancellations and missed appointments prevent us from accommodating other guests and supporting our service providers' schedule. We appreciate your understanding and respect for our time. 


GIFT CARD POLICY 

  • Gift cards are non-fundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Gift cards may be used toward services or retail products at Village Day Spa.
  • Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
  • Gift cards must be presented at the time of redemption.
  • Any remaining balance will stay on the gift card for future use.
